Naanga sujay'ku soli koduthae relationship'lam Amma, appa, thaatha, ovvva, athai, maama, akka , only these. And also these relations are pointed to a person in family. for ex : Kiruba athai, santhosh mama, Dinesh mama.. like wise. 

But He himself will tell relation of the stranger, one day i introduced my friend to him, he himself called her as athai. :) i never taught this to him. andha vayadhu oathavangala... andha relation'la koopduraru avar.. :)
